GLOBAL SECURITY ASIA 2009
Largest Dedicated Homeland Security Event in the Asia Pacific Region

TJ Systems in the third series of the only dedicated Homeland Security Event in the Asia Pacific Region that addresses challenges and solutions to Asymmetric Warfare.

The show presents a very comprehensive Exhibition covering the latest range of Homeland Security products and services, with a concurrent Conference by experts discussing issues, challenges and solutions to Global Security.

In this show, TJ Systems exhibited the ground-breaking Gemini parcel X-ray inspection system from AS&E that combines dual-energy transmission with patented Z Backscatter technology for the most comprehensive threat detection available for parcel, baggage screening, and mail. Gemini's unique capability to detect both metallic and non-metallic threats — even in cluttered environments — makes it an invaluable inspection tool for security officials.

Another highlight was the SOTER RS Body Scanner. Intrusive whole body, clothing or body cavities searches of a suspect can involve local or federal legal representatives, security and medical personnel and possibly a trip to a medical facility. All these activities take a lot of time. The SOTER RS body scanner can undertake the whole body, clothing or body searches within 10 seconds. The SOTER RS body scanner detects dangerous objects made of both inorganic materials (guns, knifes, detonators, electronics, jewels, minerals and metals) and organic materials (plastic explosives, drugs) hidden under clothing; and smuggling of contraband hidden in the natural cavities of the body.
